We really hope you are happy with your purchases, but we totally understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or aren’t quite right. Don’t worry, sending your items back is perfectly acceptable and easy to do.
Simply fill in the returns form that comes with your delivery, package the items up and pop them in the post (use recorded delivery for your own insurance) to:

You can let us know you'd like to retun your items up to 14 days after purchase. You’ve then got another 14 days to send item(s) back to us after receiving your order, (we'd obviously love them sooner if you can). Please ensure that the original tags are still in place and the original packaging too if possible, otherwise they will not be eligible for a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Pierced earrings.
We will aim to process your refund within 7 working days of receiving your items back to O&P HQ.
We will happily exchange your product if we are able to. Please pop it back to us as mentioned above and we’ll be in touch to see if we can help. If we cannot exchange we will offer a full refund or store credit.
You are entitled to a full refund up to 6 months after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. Please contact us via email email@example.com or, if urgent, call us on 01264 319381. Please provide your Order Number (on your receipt and begins #) as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.
