Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
We really hope you are happy with your purchases, but we totally understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or aren’t quite right. Don’t worry, sending your items back is perfectly acceptable and easy to do for a full refund. We ask people to pay for their returns at present, but hope to change this once we are a global online phenomenon(!)
Simply fill in the returns form that comes with your delivery, package the items up and pop them in the post (use recorded delivery for your own insurance) to:

You’ve got 14 days to send item(s) back to us after receiving your order. Please ensure that the original tags are still in place and the original packaging too, if possible, otherwise they may not be eligible for a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. The following items are non-returnable: Gift cards, Swimwear & pierced earrings. We will aim to process your refund within 7 working days of receiving your items back to O&P HQ.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please place a new order on the desired product/size and return the item(s) you've received for a full refund.
Faulty Items
You are entitled to a full refund up to 6 months after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. Please contact us via email hello@oplondon.com or call us on 01264 319 381. Please provide your Order Number as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly on the best method for resolution.
