You can track your order using the tracking number and the link in your confirmation of shipping email. You can also head to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number.

Although we use all means to ensure your order is delivered within the above time frames, during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
